Samantha Iurada Art believes in protecting your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with Australian Law. Shopify Payments never store any credit card information entered by a customer. All stores powered by Shopify are PCI compliant by default so you can keep payment info and business data safe.

Shipping within Metro Melbourne is free. Shipping outside of Metro Melbourne will incur a fee, a quote will be supply based on location. Delivery times will vary due to location. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of shipment. If delivery is urgent, expedited freight may be requested. Please contact us for all your shipping enquiries.

We are happy to provide a quote for international orders, please contact us if you would like to request a quote. Please note this information is only a guide and we do not have any control over your package once it is sent. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified with your tracking information. We use a variety of freight companies depending on the size and location of the artwork being shipped, for this reason we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address. 

Please choose carefully as returns and refunds are not accepted. We do not accept change of mind however if you have received an item that is not what you have ordered please contact us and we will arrange the replacement item for you. 

Orders are carefully and securely packed prior to being dispatched. However, there is always a small risk of damage to goods occurring during transit. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be in contact to work out the best solution.
